Dr. Carey Wright will meet with Speaker Jay Lucas and House Education and Public Works Committee to discuss education reform

(Columbia, S.C.) – House Speaker Jay Lucas (District 65-Darlington) will welcome Mississippi State Superintendent of Education, Dr. Carey M. Wright, to the Palmetto State next Thursday, January 30, 2020. Dr. Wright will be a guest of the Speaker and House Education and Public Works Committee Chairman Rita Allison (District 36-Spartanburg) during the session of the House of Representatives when they convene at 10:00 AM. After, Dr. Wright will address the full House Education and Public Works Committee, as well as any other interested members, at 1:30 PM. Press are welcome to attend.
