The man who robbed the Wells Fargo branch at the corner of St. Andrews and Bush River Roads around noon January 4 has been arrested.
Denzell Labrew, 22, was arrested by the South Carolina Department of Public Safety during a traffic stop in York County January 5.
He is the prime suspect in the robbery. Security footage shows him running away after grabbing cash from behind counter at the bank, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.
Labrew was also wanted on a previous burglary charge in Lexington County, according to officials.
