Irmo’s varsity boys tennis team has started the 2017 regular season with four straight Region 5-5A wins and no losses.

The Yellow Jackets started with a 6-0 win against Blythewood, followed the next day with a 4-2 victory over Lexington, and then wrapped-up the three-game week with a 7-0 win against White Knoll. The Y-Jackets have started this week with a 5-1 victory over Spring Valley, and they will take on their first non-region opponent today, Thursday, when the Brookland-Cayce Bearcats will be on the other side of the net at 5 pm.
