The Columbia Choral Society will present their fall concert, Alleluia Variations, this Sunday, November 17, at 4 pm. The concert is being held at Centennial ARP Church, 1413 Laurel Street, Columbia.

The Columbia Choral Society, established in 1930, is a volunteer professional chorus of auditioned singers and is under the artistic and music direction of Dr. Elizabeth M. Mears. The accompanist is Allison Hilbish.

The theme of the concert will be “Alleluia Variations.” Each piece will present an Alleluia text in a unique way. The program will feature a variety of works by composers such as G.F. Handel, Dan Forest, W.A. Mozart, and Andre Thomas.
